My Study Abroad

The CIPA website offers a portal for students to view and complete online applications for study abroad programs. To access the CIPA website, please select from the following options:

For Emory Students
For Visiting Students (degree seeking students from another university)
For International Transient Study (Emory international students)
For Students submitting petitions to Non-Emory Programs
For Emory Faculty, Staff and Program Assistants

For Emory Students

To apply to a study abroad program, please search programs by clicking here. Once you find the program of interest, you may select "APPLY NOW" to begin the application process. As a registered Emory user, you should be able to login using your Emory login and password.

To access an existing application, select EMORY LOGIN (at the top right hand corner of the CIPA website) at anytime. Once you begin an application, you will have the option to save the information and login at a different time to complete any materials. After acceptance into a program, CIPA will post additional pre-departure materials online for you to view and complete.

General information on Financial Aid and Scholarships

For Visiting Students (degree seeking students from another university)

To apply to a study abroad program, please search programs by clicking here. Once you find the program of interest, you may select "APPLY NOW" to begin the application. Once the login screen appears, you should select "no" if you are not a currently enrolled Emory student. You will then create a username (your current email address) and a password.

To access an existing application, select OTHER LOGIN (at the top right hand corner of the CIPA website) at anytime. Once you begin an application, you will have the option to save the information and login at a different time to complete any materials. After acceptance into a program, CIPA will post additional pre-departure materials online for you to view and complete.

For International Transient Study (Emory international students)

For Emory international students who want to study in their home country the summer following their freshman year, please click here to read the eligiblity requirements and submit an application.

For Non-Emory Petitions

To submit a petition for a Non-Emory program (a study abroad program not currently offered through the list of Emory-approved programs), please click here.

For Emory Faculty, Staff and Program Assistants

To access program applications, please go to EMORY LOGIN (at the top right hand corner of the CIPA website). As a registered Emory user, you should be able to login using your Emory login and password.
